The Five Phases of Instructional Designers

ADDIE is used during the instructional design process to create effective instructional and training sessions. Instructional design incorporates instructional strategies which are plans to help achieve an instructional goal. Meeting those goals mean, meeting objectives and assessing them with performance measures.

Instructional design also incorporates learning theories such as: behaviorism; cognitivism and constructivism.
