ETHICS

A code of ethics must be considered as you begin to design your sessions. Everyone possess innate biases that may not be readily apparent. Your education, economic class, race, gender, upbringing influence how you see the world and how you my design your instruction. It is important to remember that everyone has not had your experiences and may think, learn and process information differently from you. It is important that you consider and consult various points of view when you begin the designing process.
It is recommended that you and your team create a Code of Ethics for your institution. Below are recommended readings and websites to use as a guide to create your own code of ethics.
